Client Overview

The CEO oversees multiple businesses across the fitness and commercial property management industries. These

ventures include a fitness facility and a company specializing in property management and development. The

Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the CEOs day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency,

organization, and seamless communication.

Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the CEOs day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will

handle scheduling, emails, research, reporting, and process enforcement while taking on various tasks that require

initiative and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Email Management Organize and schedule meetings, manage inboxes, and prioritize tasks
  • Daily Schedule Preparation Provide the CEO with a structured agenda for the following day
  • Time Management & Scheduling Assist with time blocking and improving efficiency
  • Research & Reporting Conduct research, analyze reports, and summarize key insights
  • Administrative Support Handle documentation, follow-ups, and general admin work
  • Process Enforcement Ensure business processes are followed and implemented by other staff members
  • Ad Hoc Tasks Take on various tasks as needed, even those outside prior experience

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a C-Level Executive Assistant in a reputable company
  • Education: University degree preferred
  • Communication: Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proactiveness & Initiative: Able to anticipate needs and take action before being asked
  • Business Acumen: Some understanding of business operations and strategy
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in marketing or property industries
  • Proficiency in ChatGPT, Canva, and presentation/graphic creation
  • Ability to undertake and present research
