We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead with a strong background in the technology sector to lead and manage our growing team. With ambitious plans to triple in size by year-end, this role will initially have a strong hands-on recruitment focus, gradually transitioning into a more strategic managerial position as the team expands.

Job Description

  • Lead, Mentor & Develop the Recruitment Team Guide, support, and upskill recruiters to enhance performance and drive team growth.
  • Client Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with clients virtually to understand hiring needs, provide talent insights, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and reference checks to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Performance & KPI Management Set, track, and optimize team performance metrics to meet hiring targets and business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Staff Training & Development Conduct training sessions to improve sourcing techniques, interview skills, and recruitment best practices.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency Continuously refine recruitment workflows, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaboration with Founders & Leadership Work closely with company leadership to align hiring efforts with business growth and ensure smooth onboarding.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team.
