The Role

As an ML & Search Engineer, you'll design and implement hybrid search methods that blend cutting-edge search databases with large language models. Your work will enhance our platform's ability to detect compliance risks in real-time, helping enterprises process thousands of marketing assets daily. We're looking for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and search technology to solve complex compliance challenges.

Impact You'll Make

• Design and implement hybrid RAG search methods combining search databases and LLMs.
• Fine-tune and optimize machine learning models for compliance detection.
• Develop and maintain search infrastructure for high-performance query processing.
• Benchmark and evaluate system performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to enhance compliance detection.
• Collaborate with the team to implement cutting-edge ML solutions.

What You'll Bring

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in ML or search engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python with clean code practices.
• Experience with search technologies (Vespa, OpenSearch).
• Solid understanding of machine learning models and methods.
• Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL).
• Track record of implementing production ML systems.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Large Language Models and RAG architectures.
• Data Engineering Experience.
• A background building benchmarking systems.
• FastAPI framework knowledge.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
• AWS cloud platform expertise.
• Research background in ML or search.
