Senior Construction Estimating Manager

Role Overview:

As a Senior Construction Estimating Manager, you will oversee the estimation process, manage a team of estimators, and ensure accurate cost assessments using the company's software. Your expertise in construction estimation and Tier 1 builder projects will be key in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of construction estimators.
• Oversee construction take-offs and cost estimates.
• Ensure accuracy in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Optimize estimation workflows and methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Cubit, Bluebeam).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• 100% remote Work from home setup.
• Work Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT.
• Contract-based employment.
