We are building a next-generation digital experience that includes our corporate website, customer portals, AI applications, and a multi-tenant Learning Management System (LMS). We are seeking a talented Figma Designer who can transform ideas into polished, production-ready designs that create exceptional user experiences.
Position Overview
Performacentric is looking for a highly skilled Figma Designer to own the design and user experience of our website, LMS platform, and related digital products.
This role will be responsible for creating high-fidelity mockups, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, SaaS application design, responsive web design, and modern learning platform experiences.
You will work closely with our leadership, marketing team, product team, and developers to create elegant, intuitive, and conversion-focused experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design
- Create high-fidelity website mockups in Figma
- Design landing pages, product pages, resource center pages, blog layouts, and conversion funnels
- Improve user experience and website conversion rates
- Create responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile designs
- Develop consistent visual design standards across the website
LMS Product Design
- Design user experiences for a multi-tenant SaaS Learning Management System

Create interfaces for:
- Student dashboards
- Course catalogs
- Course players
- Quizzes and assessments
- Certificates
- Reporting dashboards
- Administrative portals
- Instructor portals
- Content management interfaces
- Develop workflows for onboarding, user management, and learning journeys
Design Systems & Prototyping
- Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system
- Create reusable components and UI libraries
- Establish typography, spacing, color, and accessibility standards
- Produce interactive prototypes for stakeholder review
- Create developer-ready specifications and handoff documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity
- Collaborate with marketing on conversion optimization initiatives
- Participate in product discovery and requirements discussions
- Present designs and rationale to stakeholders
- Incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing website and SaaS application designs
- Experience creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Knowledge of UX research and user-centered design methodologies
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will receive preference:
- Learning Management System (LMS) design experience
- Multi-tenant SaaS platform design experience
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development concepts
- Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience working with AI-powered applications
- Familiarity with design handoff workflows for development teams

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and employment type (full-time, part-time, or contract).
