A leading supplier of industrial compressed air equipment is on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated 'hunter' to cover JHB and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in industrial, capital sales equipment
  • 5+ years in technical sales
  • Passion for cold calling with a proven track record
  • Technically minded with experience in selling pumps, pneumatic parts, generators, laser cutters, CNCs, air compressors
  • Bilingual: Afrikaans & English
  • Valid drivers license
  • Computer literate (Syspro knowledge is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive air compressor sales in JHB and surrounds
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve business goals
  • Manage business portfolio/territory according to market development strategy
  • Optimize product/service mix, pricing, and margins
  • Maintain and grow customer base through ethical sales methods
  • Record, analyze, and report sales data
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and funnel information
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations

Compensation:

  • R15k basic + 5% commission on turnover from R1
  • Company vehicle, phone, laptop, and petrol
