Warehouse Team Leader – Immediate Start
Location: Rathcormac, Co. Cork
Salary: €18 per hour 

Perform Recruitment is urgently hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for our client's busy and well-established Retail Tyre Shop in Rathcormac, Co. Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hands-on professional with mechanical experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager with daily warehouse and retail tyre shop operations
• Step in and provide leadership when the Manager is unavailable
• Supervise staff and help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
• Assist with warehouse duties, including order picking, loading/unloading deliveries, stock handling, and customer invoice printing
• Use your mechanical knowledge to support workshop and tyre shop operations when needed
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the workplace
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient team performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Mechanic experience is essential
• Valid B-category driving licence is required
• A forklift licence and a Manual Handling Certificate are an advantage
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and flexible hours when required
