is seeking a Client Support Representative on behalf of our client in Co. Mayo. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in customer-focused roles. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier service across multiple communication channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. Strong communication skills and previous experience in a similar role are essential.

As part of this role, you will play a key role in refining internal processes and driving customer-focused improvements within the department.

This is a full-time, 40-hour contract role, primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as required. The position is based on-site in Co. Mayo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer interactions, continuously improving service standards for an enhanced shopping experience.
  • Efficiently manage and utilize the company's customer support systems, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Oversee and maintain smooth operations of the Returns department.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with retail stores and external partners.
  • Support other online operations as business needs arise.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and consumer rights legislation.
  • A professional, approachable, and composed demeanour.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
