Sales Executive

Perform Recruitment is seeking to employ a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing customers through maximizing accounts and business development. You will be part of a very exciting company who are going through an exciting growth phase.

The Role:

• Identifying and establishing new business through lead generation and prospecting. New customer acquisition.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customer's businesses and requirements.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Preparing proposals, quotations and administering client accounts.
• Working on after sales support services and providing technical back-up as required.
• Meeting regular sales targets and co-coordinating sales projects.
• Gathering marketing and customer information.

The Candidate:

• Fluency in English both written & spoken.
• Previous experience working in a sales environment in Ireland
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently on your own initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
