Your Role

As Warehouse Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of warehouse operatives and pickers
• Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, safety, and hygiene within the warehouse
• Monitoring team performance and providing coaching, training, and ongoing support
• Assisting with daily planning and scheduling of warehouse activities
• Working closely with management to achieve operational targets and deadlines

What We Are Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong organisational skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Reliable, hands-on, and positive with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility with working hours (start times and schedules to be discussed)
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
