Perform Recruitment is currently hiring a Tyre Fitter to join our client's team at the company in Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the motor industry, with full on-site training provided and excellent opportunities for progression.

Whether you already have tyre fitting experience or are looking to learn a new trade, this role offers a supportive and professional working environment where you can develop valuable hands-on skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and maintain tyres on a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, SUVs, agricultural vehicles, and trucks
• Inspect tyres and identify tyre-related issues accurately
• Support daily depot operations and help ensure smooth day-to-day running
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards during tyre fitting and maintenance
• Assist with retail floor operations when required

Requirements:

• A valid B-category driving licence is essential
• Previous tyre fitting or mechanical experience is an advantage, but not necessary
• Full training will be provided on-site
• Manual Handling Certificate is an advantage (training can be arranged if needed)
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility to work 40–45 hours per week
