About the Role

Perform Recruitment is currently hiring Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing client in Co. Kerry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable employer offering strong pay, long-term progression, and attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and processing equipment
• Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Experience as a machine operator is a strong advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work rotating days, including Saturdays

Pay & Benefits

• €15.16 per hour (based on a 39-hour week)
• Daily allowance: €8–€9 for skilled / machine operator roles
• Overtime rates:
  • First 2 hours at 1.5x pay
  • Additional hours at 2x pay
• Bank Holidays are paid at double time

Additional Benefits (Permanent Employees)

• 4% annual bonus paid in December
• 8% employer pension contribution after 2 years (no employee contribution required)

Working Hours

• 39 hours per week
• Rostered Monday to Saturday
• Most roles include Saturday work, with a day off during the week
