Warehouse Operative / Picker | Dunleer, Co. Louth

Perform Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Operative/Picker to join our client's team in Dunleer, Co. Louth.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start, offering a hands-on role in a dynamic environment with excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking, packing, and preparing fresh produce orders accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly
• Organising and storing stock safely and neatly
• Supporting the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace
• Learning on the job with full training and guidance provided

What Were Looking For

• Previous warehouse or picking experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional short Saturdays
• Team players who take pride in their work

Working Hours

• Morning shifts only: starting at 5:30/6am, Monday to Friday
• Occasional short Saturday shifts may be required

Location

• Based in Dunleer, Co. Louth, must have own transport to reach the site for early starts
