What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supervising a team of warehouse operatives/pickers

• Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining warehouse organisation, safety, and hygiene standards

• Monitoring performance and providing guidance, training, and support to team members

• Assisting in planning and scheduling daily warehouse operations

• Collaborating with management to meet operational targets and deadlines

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
