Head - Digital Ad Sales
Key Responsibilities
• He / She will be responsible for developing new business.
• Directly manage a team of Digital managers focused on acquiring and growth of
acquired client base to generate new business revenue. Engage in large
conversations with top clients and agencies planners
• Provide sales mentorship and elevate the team’s abilities to manage and close
revenue.
• Accurately forecast recurring revenue pipelines. Constantly innovate ways to balance
sales opportunities, client management and new customer on-boarding
responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts
• Consistently overachieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan
• Drive revenue by connecting with customers, senior planners at agencies and
building opportunities that will make all stakeholders more successful
• Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with your reporting managers
and sales support team
• Proactively identify new opportunities, verticals and expand depth and width of
conversations.
• Build excellent relationships at senior level both at clients and agencies
• Ability to think creatively to give best solution to the campaign briefs
• Be open to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and do
everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Skills and Qualifications
• You will be a confident self-starter, able to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic,
exciting and entrepreneurial environment. You’ll consistently go the extra mile to
apply and achieve a high standard across everything you do.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• MBA degree or evidence of continuous professional development
• Proven history of overachieving sales target and results in a high-growth company
• Experience hiring, managing and motivating seasoned account executives or digital
ad sales managers

• Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation and presentation
skills
• Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
• Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and
meet/exceed revenue goals
• Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales
professionals
Professional experience:
• 15+ years of experience in the digital ad sales industry with experience in developing
the vertical/region.
