Distribution Channel Manager
Our client, a global manufacturer of industrial safety and protective equipment, is seeking an experienced Distribution Channel Manager to manage and grow key distributor relationships. This role focuses on driving revenue through partnerships with catalog distributors, resellers, and material handling suppliers.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with strong B2B experience, a track record of building profitable channel partnerships, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with major distributors and resellers (e.g., Grainger, Uline, etc.)

Recruit, train, and support new distribution partners

Collaborate with internal sales teams to align direct and channel sales strategies

Provide sales, technical, and application support to partners

Attend trade shows, customer demos, and industry events to promote products

Use CRM to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance

Review CAD drawings and collaborate with project teams to develop proposals
Qualifications

8+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience

Strong background managing distribution or channel sales accounts

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Up to 50% travel -
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Bachelors degree preferred (not required)
