About the Role:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services in a confidential capacity. This role involves assessing and designing behavior support and skill acquisition plans, training and supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical practice aligned with best practice standards in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral and skill assessments to guide interventions.

  • Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) using data-driven, evidence-based methods.

  • Train, supervise, and provide feedback to staff, including RBTs, teachers, and assistants.

  • Monitor procedural integrity, data collection, and treatment fidelity.

  • Respond to behavioral crises, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for services, progress reporting, and billing.

  • Provide Telehealth services as appropriate.

  • Maintain BCBA certification and Tennessee licensure; participate in professional development.

  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and leadership to support positive outcomes for students.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

  • Must obtain Tennessee licensure prior to hire.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Work Requirements:

  • Full-time role with occasional extended hours or travel.

  • Physical requirements include prolonged standing/walking, occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), and mobility for hands-on support.
