Role and Responsibilities:
- Employee Check-Ins: Regularly conduct check-ins with temporary employees to assess job satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide support to enhance their overall work experience.
- Communication with Account Managers: Collaborate closely with our account managers to align staffing requirements with the client's needs. Maintain open and effective communication channels to promptly address staffing needs and any operational challenges.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of temporary employees based on pre-defined criteria. Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate training or coaching measures.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance employee loyalty and job satisfaction, contributing to the reduction of turnover rates.
- Attendance and Timekeeping: Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance records for temporary employees. Address attendance issues promptly and in accordance with the company's policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with the client's management team to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Staffing Coordination: Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure the right number of qualified candidates are available to meet the client's fluctuating demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in workforce management, staffing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and clients.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for timekeeping, reporting, and communication.
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing client requirements.

Salary: Up to $18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
