Pay Rate: $30/hr
Shift: 4:00 PM-12:45 AM
Role Overview
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and enhance daily team operations, promote safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee team tasks, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations. Ensure all team members can safely operate material handling equipment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and document team accuracy and efficiency through daily production metrics, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Proactively identify and address workplace safety and cleanliness issues to reduce hazards and prevent accidents.
- Process Compliance: Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job-specific requirements.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the materials department to ensure timely receipt and shipment of goods.
- Additional Responsibilities: Fulfill other duties as required to support operational goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Supervisory experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to drive team success.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety standards, 5S, and Lean Methodologies.
- Quality Systems: Competence in monitoring and managing departmental performance, including productivity, time management, and quality standards.
