We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales while leading and developing our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in staffing, value-added services, and 3PL services.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base through proactive sales initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the sales team, monitoring performance and providing coaching and support as needed.
- Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the staffing, value-added services, and logistics industries, staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Perfecto Staffing's services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on staffing, value-added services, and/or 3PL services.
- Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of logistics and staffing industries, with prior experience in these sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
