Position Overview:

As the Director of Business Operations at our Dallas office, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and leading a team of talented professionals. You will work closely with our leadership team to implement strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure the achievement of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
• Utilize your background in Sales or Business Development to identify growth opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure workforce development, performance management, and career progression.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.
• Be willing to travel as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant HR certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or Operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and promoting team members.
• Recruitment experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Job Details:

• Salary is $75,000-$85,000/annually BOE + commission/bonus opportunities.
