Senior Electrical Engineer New York or Connecticut (Hybrid Work Available)

Our client has a well-established presence in the Northeast region and is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take charge of engineering design, project management, and client relations within their growing project portfolio.

This is a seller-doer role, meaning you will manage client relationships while also leading the design and execution of electrical engineering projects. If you have power distribution experience, including medium-voltage system design, thats a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design, production, and project execution
• Manage client relationships and contractor coordination
• Oversee internal team collaboration and mentorship of junior engineers
• Develop proposals and fee structures for projects
• Certify and professionally seal project work
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 15+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in the consulting industry
• PE License (Professional Engineer) required
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
