A market-leading global professional services organization is currently recruiting a Senior Manager or Associate Director, Corporate Finance to join its Deals Advisory practice.

About the Job

This role is responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers, corporate restructurings and a broad range of corporate finance engagements. Working closely with senior stakeholders and corporate finance leadership, the successful candidate will lead transaction processes from origination through execution, providing strategic advice that supports clients in achieving their growth, investment and value creation objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers, corporate restructurings and other corporate finance engagements.

• Originate, manage and execute transaction opportunities across a diverse client portfolio.

• Develop and deliver client pitches, proposals and presentations, identifying strategic opportunities and solutions.

• Manage end-to-end deal execution processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders.

• Provide commercial and strategic insights to support clients in evaluating and pursuing investment and transaction opportunities.

• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to the continued growth of the corporate finance practice.

The Team

This position sits within a well-established Deals Advisory practice and works closely with Corporate Finance Partners and multidisciplinary advisory professionals. The successful candidate will collaborate with specialists across multiple advisory disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Skills and Experience

Degree-qualified with 8 (Senior Manager) or 10 (Associate Director) years of relevant transaction experience gained within investment banking, corporate finance advisory or a related professional services environment. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be advantageous. Demonstrated experience in deal origination, transaction execution and project management is essential, together with strong financial analysis, valuation and corporate finance capabilities. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, proven leadership ability, and the confidence to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients. A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, coupled with the ability to perform effectively within multicultural teams, is highly valued.
