Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management, you will:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the portfolio of the banks HNW clientele
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and growth for the HNW segment, covering retail and private banking.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver superior business performance, improve client engagement, and achieve profitability targets.
• Lead a team focused on implementing effective business and marketing plans that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Formulate acquisition, growth, and retention strategies for HNW clients to meet business objectives and improve the client experience.
• Client Insights: Analyze client behavior and market research to propose actionable initiatives for client acquisition, cross-selling, and loyalty enhancement.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate sales activities, marketing campaigns, and client events, ensuring optimal use of budgets.
• Platform Development: Collaborate with counterparts to create user-friendly sales and service platforms
• Private Banking Marketing: Support marketing and loyalty programs tailored to the private banking segment.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within wealth management/ affluent banking.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese as the role is required to communicate in this language.
