Our client is a well-established private bank offering bespoke wealth management services across the region. They are currently hiring a Product Manager to support the delivery and enhancement of investment products platform across Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Structured Products. This role is designed for someone who can drive improvements in how investment solutions are structured, accessed, and executed.

You will be responsible for strengthening the product platform by improving access, tools, and documentation that enable the advisory and investment teams to grow invest volume and hit revenue targets. The role works closely with multiple departments, including compliance, legal, and operations, to ensure all investment activities meet internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall efficiency of the banks investment platform to support Relationship Managers and client advisors
• Strengthen the investment product framework to improve delivery and access for advisory team
• Create and maintain documentation and product procedures that support smooth operations
• Drive enhancements in platform tools, templates, and workflows to support scalability and front office efficiency
• Partner with internal teams to ensure all investment-related activities are well-documented and in line with internal standards
• Monitor changes in product governance processes and coordinate necessary updates
• Provide user support, training, and communication for investment-related platform and process updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment product management, private banking, or related roles
• Strong understanding of private banking investment platforms and front office needs
• Familiarity with investment product structures and documentation processes
• Experience collaborating across compliance, operations, and front office teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving projects independently
• Clear communicator who can work across departments and translate needs into action
