Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new private banking products.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Align product requirements and processes across teams for smooth implementation.

Process Improvement

• Map and optimize workflows for new product initiatives.
• Standardize procedures to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Manage system upgrades and process improvements to support product operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with teams across the organization, including front office, operations, and support teams.
