A market leading fintech organisation is currently recruiting for Senior HR Executive to support the HR & TA Manager in Singapore due to growth
About the Job
As the Senior HR Executive, you will support the TA & HR Manager to recruit, retain and develop employees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Advice managers on HR policies and procedures and offer suggestions to improve HR processes and procedures
Working with HQ to implement an employee engagement survey
and support on projects to improve engagement- Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success.
- Manage the HR Onboarding process to make sure they meet HR compliance standards an apply for work visas where necessary
- Maintain the HRIS System making sure employee records are accurate
Liaise with the HQ and outsourced payroll provider

Reporting to the TA & HR Manager
Skills and Experience
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with at least 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced international environment. Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive position, particularly within the Financial Services, or a start up, is highly desirable. With excellent communications skills you will have a proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and come up with solutions
