Our client is a prestigious European Private Bank based in Singapore. As part of its strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering exceptional service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling daily account administration across the Bank's services and products.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, managing tasks end-to-end and collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Support RMs in managing client relationships, including account opening, reporting, annual reviews, and credit applications.

• Handle transaction processing, account maintenance, and service delivery to meet client requirements.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports for clients as needed.

• Identify and implement improvements to processes to enhance client satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, performing gate-keeping functions for RMs.

• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management.

• CACS Paper 1 & 2.

• Strong knowledge of trade execution, account opening documentation, payment processing, and securities transfers.
