A leading financial Services organisation is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Executive to deliver a generalist service to the business
About the Job
As the Senior HR Executive, you will support the HR manager to recruit, retain and develop employees. Your responsibilities will include:
Advice managers on HR policies and procedures and offer suggestions to improve HR processes and procedures
Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success.
Manage the HR Onboarding process to make sure they meet HR compliance standards.
Maintain the HRIS System making sure employee records are accurate and producing management reports
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout recruitment and onboarding.
Support the HR Manager on HR Initiatives and Keep up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws.

Skills and Experience
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with at least 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced international environment. Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive position, particularly within the Financial Services or similar, is highly desirable. You should have excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills and strong attention to detail.
