Sales Representative

4Trans Factoring, a leader in innovative financial solutions, seeks driven Sales Representatives to join one of their dynamic teams in either Slovakia, Czechia, or Poland, offering a chance to be part of business growth through unique factoring services. The Sales Representatives will be responsible for initiating and pursuing new business prospects, nurturing enduring client relationships, effectively delivering the distinctive range of solutions, collaborating harmoniously with the marketing team to devise and implement robust sales strategies, and staying attuned to industry trends and competitor activities to thoughtfully shape and optimize sales tactics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Slovak or Czech or Polish AND fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial or factoring industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A positive and tenacious attitude, driven by targets and business success.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand and interpret market dynamics.
