About The Role

  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to healthcare team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members across departments to drive patients care.
  • Lead and motivate the nursing team to achieve a high level of competency and code of conduct to meet organizational goals.
  • Overall responsibility in nursing manpower planning (full time and locum), workplans, and operational budgets.
  • Assist in the smooth running of nursing home operations.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement projects to ensure service standards are met.
  • Any other duties determined by the CEO.

What We Are Looking For

  • Someone who is caring, has empathy, and can pay attention to the details, for the needs of their patients.
  • Good time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare settings.
  • Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
