Job Description:
About The Role
- Develop strong partnerships with small, medium and large-size healthcare teams to understand and assess their unique healthcare manpower challenges in order to provide solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR recruitment, outsourcing and training initiatives aligned with their business objectives.
- Co-lead regional recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality placement of healthcare professionals.
- Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing HR solutions.
- Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solution.
- Conduct online and onsite interviews for job applicants, and faciliate their onboarding.

What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Min 2 years experience in human resources or employment agency background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, self-driven and independent professional.
- Have passion in the healthcare industry and willing to learn.
