About The Role

As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant at PeopleSolve, your role is to support the overall recruitment process by sourcing, identifying and matching qualified healthcare professionals with our client's job opportunities within our international clientele.

You will have the chance to work closely with healthcare leaders and organizations to understand their unique manpower needs and provide suitable candidates. Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their business requirements and work culture are essential to ensure successful placements - both full time and part time.

Many healthcare organizations need healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists and doctors. A key part of this role is to assist in meeting their local and international hiring requirements.

What Were Looking For

· Degree in Human Resource, Healthcare, or a related field.

· Min 3 years experience in human resources or employment agency background.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Results-oriented, self-driven and independent professional.
