What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Some experience in human resources, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Some understanding of regional labour laws and healthcare workforce dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fresh Degree graduates who have an interest in business development / recruitment are welcome to apply

About Your Responsibilities 

• Develop strong partnerships with small, medium and large-size healthcare teams to understand and assess their unique healthcare manpower challenges in order to provide solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR recruitment, outsourcing and training initiatives aligned with their business objectives.
• Co-lead regional recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality placement of healthcare professionals.
• Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist clients in developing and implementing HR solutions.
• Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
