Job Description:
Senior Oracle Cloud Specialist
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Accountable for the Oracle Fusion technical items (Integrations, Reports, Customizations) support, implementation and delivery.
- Ensure the finance and procurement functionalities are implemented and working fine.
- Contribute to the development of short and mid-long-term strategic roadmap and improvements in Oracle.
- Ensure the stability and reliability of the Oracle system which includes SaaS, PaaS and Infrastructure.
- Manage incident/problem/change management of Oracle system.
- Lead end-to-end root cause analysis for incidents, provide improvement plans and ensure recommendations are carried out.
- Support system audits with internal and external parties to ensure all vulnerabilities and compliances are met with stringent requirements.
- Drive automation initiative to enable zero / minimal-touch and eliminating manual efforts.
- Lead new business requirements gathering, RFP, POC, and business case presentation.
The Must Haves:
- 10+ years technical experience in Oracle ERP with minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion SaaS, PaaS.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Reports, SQL, PL/SQL.
- Should know the basics of Oracle ERP Finance and Procurement.
- Good knowledge on Infrastructure architecture, design, configuration, optimization, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Good analytical skills are driven by data and facts.
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Good interpersonal skills that are able to adapt to a multicultural environment.
