The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Lead the QA efforts across various squads within the organization.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all product features.
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
  • Consolidate test results into a comprehensive test sheet and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the testing process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related discussions and escalations within the organization.
  • Lead cross-company QA initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency across products and teams.
  • Mentor and support QA engineers within the organization, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA and incorporate them into our processes as appropriate.
