Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling Client's solutions remotely, usually over the phone, email or online platforms. You will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer services and professionalism engaging with external customers and internal matrixed teams. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional solutions to new and current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops new sales opportunities end to end by researching and identifying potential customers, building rapport and relationships with decision makers, qualifying and discovering business opportunities, negotiating commercials and collaborating across function to fulfil contracts.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops existing customers by checking customers buying history and engaging with contacts to find and create upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Records and updates all interactions, and manages and forecasts opportunities accurately using CRM
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and diIerent requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Proven experience achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, closing skills
  • Ability to work in highly matrixed environment
  • Experience in high velocity SaaS sales preferred
  • Experience in using CRM (SFDC/Dynamics) and Prospecting Tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Outreach)
  • Motivation for sales career and progression
  • Fluency in English and Thai (Native) is a must.
