Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)

Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Preferred)

Experience: 6+ Years

What you'll do:

• Drive C&B digitization across various verticals.
• Work with the C&B functional team and the IT technical team to bridge the functional requirement understanding
• Create program plans and track them to closure with relevant teams.
• Facilitate the overall digitization

Mandatory skills:

HRIS Business analysis skills, Program Management, C&B digitization, HR background

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
