Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality management, specifically related to transmission line construction projects.
Compensation Package:
- The offered CTC will be determined based on the candidate's past experience, previous employment history, and the current market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems for transmission line construction projects.
- Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to QMS standards.
- Monitor all phases of transmission line projects (design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead the development of quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and other necessary documents for project quality assurance.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely implementation of quality measures.
- Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Perform vendor evaluations, audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken if required.
- Review and approve the quality-related aspects of submittals, material certifications, and inspections.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections on-site to monitor the effectiveness of quality systems.
- Ensure that all construction materials and works are inspected and tested as per the specified quality standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of test results, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with national and international standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular quality reports to senior management, detailing audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients as required to demonstrate compliance.
- Identify and assess risks related to quality during transmission line project execution.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality concerns with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with quality results.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve any quality issues promptly and professionally.
