PEOPLEGRIP is looking for a Senior IT Specialist to work at the R&D Centers of a leading automobile manufacturer in Korea, one of the largest vehicle producers globally. The goal is to meet the demanding standards of European customers and adapt to the specific needs of this market.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In alignment with IT manager, the corporate management, and the other team members
• Cooperate with the team in all tasks around IT strategy planning, IT operation, Financial management (budget), 3rd party management, project management, and Business process improvement
• Handle bidding, purchasing, contractual agreements with third party providers and expense handling
• Develop and keep update the relevant company policies and employee manuals
• Develop business process improvement plan
• Close relationship with HQ/R&D IT and Security Organizations (South Korea)
• 3rd level User support
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Information Technology/ Business Administration / Other Engineering
• Experience in Security or Software development is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit, impossible is nothing attitude
• Team player mentality with high integrity
• Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution
• Ability to independently work on topics
• Flexibility in dealing with different tasks in parallel
• Good knowledge of Project management, COBIT, Business Process Improvement
• Excellent analytical skills as well as a problem solving mentality
• A very good command of English and Korean, intercultural & communication skills
