PEOPLEGRIP is actively recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager join dynamic company which is engaged in the manufacture of green chemical products. The Company is a Korean leading provider of polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) resins and its mother company operates more than 175 companies across the energy, life sciences, advanced materials, mobility, and semiconductors industries.

Your key responsibilities

  • Marketing & Sales of Chemically Recycled PET (CR PET): You will be responsible for driving the marketing and sales of chemically recycled PET products. This includes identifying target markets, promoting the unique benefits of CR PET, and developing strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
  • Market Development for New Applications:
    In this role, you will explore and develop new applications for CR PET, working to expand its use across various industries. You will be at the forefront of identifying emerging trends and potential markets, ensuring the product reaches new sectors.
  • Developing and Organizing the Value Chain Sales:
    A key part of your role will involve optimizing and organizing the sales process along the value chain. This includes coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure a seamless flow of products, and maximizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Market Research and Database Management of PET and rPET Trends:
    You will conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on trends within both the PET and rPET industries. This includes managing a comprehensive database of market data, which will be used to inform strategic decisions, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience in PET or PET-Related Industries:

Candidates with a strong background in the manufacturing of PET or industries relevant to PET production will be highly preferred. Familiarity with the production processes and market dynamics of the PET industry is essential.

  • Expertise in Strategic Marketing or Technical Support for Customer Development:

You should have proven experience in developing and supporting customers through strategic marketing initiatives or technical support. This includes the ability to craft strategies that align with customer needs and drive product adoption.

  • Established Customer Network in the PET Industry:

A robust network within the PET industry, including connections with key players such as F&B brands and converters, will be a significant advantage. Your ability to leverage these relationships will help to drive growth and establish new business opportunities.

  • Strong Communication Skills for Effective Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role, as you will need to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external business partners. Your ability to clearly convey ideas, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships will be key to your success.
