Sales & Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)_Frankfurt

 Job Description:

PEOPLEGRIP is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator at the fields of building decorative materials, industrial films, and automotive materials. They operate 7 overseas sales corporations, 4 overseas manufacturing corporations, and 5 overseas representative offices, mainly in the U.S.A., in the key markets including the U.S.A., China, and Europe.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Processing of inquiries to the customer, tracing product availability, checking lead time etc.
  • Prepare and following up on sales, inventory and issuing reports as requested
  • Handling, processing and taking of customer orders
  • Stock management
  • Customer Service (Processing and forwarding of customer inquiries, customer support and claim handling, building and maintaining a good customer relationship
  • Issuing bills to customers
  • Ensuring excellent internal and external communication with sales, HQ, customer, warehouse etc.
  • Logistics (communication, cooperation, re checking lead-time etc.)
  • Inventory control

Formal requirements:

  • Business or logistic apprenticeship, a degree or equivalent (kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)
  • 2-5 years of professional experience is prefered
  • Deep knowledge in Customer Service, Logistic (Import/Export, Customs regulations)
  • very good command of English, other European language skills like French, Italian, Spanish are beneficial
  • IT knowledge and skills: MS Office, SAP
