Job description

  • Identify and ensure the customers needs regarding the products offered by the company
  • Improve and evolve new communication channels looking for new market opportunities
  • Research, develop product/business for European markets following specifications with costs and deadlines competitive
  • Develop:
    • New products and launch them on the market according to the identified needs.
    • Training strategy for outsourcing service company to increase their knowledge in product, performance, technologies, segmentation and negotiation.
    • Support material, programs and tools that promote the commercialization of products.
    • Strategies that ensure the growth of brand recognition.
  • Customers:
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Seek new potential customers developing a longterm business plan.
  • Team works:
    • Prepare executive presentations & projects
    • Collaboration in assigned projects (internal & external)
    • Develop a sustainable strategy by alignment with internal teams
    • Analysis and interpretation of data to find development opportunities
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English & Native German
  • + 5 years in Sales or Marketing (Automotive supplier)
  • Knowledge
    • Product: Automotive connectivity, ADAS, Electrification components (desirable)
    • Product Life Cycle Management
    • Business Plan Preparation
    • Data-requirements gathering, validation and analysis
    • KPI Management
