Account Manager (m/w/d)_Frankfurt

 Job Description:

PEOPLEGRIP is looking for a Account Manager to work at an international agency for live marketing communications with offices in Frankfurt am Main, Seoul, Dallas and London. Its Frankfurt office is looking for leadership talent who can lead the project successfully. In this company you have primary responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing the project(s) they are assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT-RELATED

      • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
        Prepare project plan and periodically track and report on progress to plan internally and externally
        Supervise individual departments (e.g. transportation, accommodation, security, etc.)
        Set up and run project meetings (kick-off, event, check-in, report out, project updates)
        Report status updates and possible issues to Director
      • STAFFING & TEAM MANAGEMENT
        Support Director with selecting team members for project teams
        Plan onsite staffing according to capacity and needs
        Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities; delegate tasks accordingly
        Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities
      • BUDGETING
        Create project cost estimation and manage client requests
        Manage payment flow
      • RISK MANAGEMENT
        Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project
        Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action

INTERNAL TASKS

      • Involve functional expertise from design and production to ensure smooth process flow between Special Units and Operation Team throughout the projects
      • Lead and motivate people (especially subordinates) and encourage teamwork
        Negotiate the performance of activities with team members and their managers (project evaluation sheet)
      • Proactive suggestions for improvement of workflow management and team spirit to management
      • Additional internal assigned tasks (e.g. internal events, etc.)
      • Utilize project scheduling software
