We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a leading Korean automotive Tier 1 supplier. Our client, located near Frankfurt, is one of the largest chassis component suppliers globally, with three main business areas: steering, brake/control, and suspension systems. As a market leader in innovative automotive products and systems, they are a trusted and respected partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers, including VW, Ford, and Stellantis.
- Promote and sell products such as brakes, suspension systems, and steering wheels to targeted clients.
- Analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide input for strategic sales planning.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales with a proven track record of working with OEMs.
- Language: Native fluency in German; English proficiency preferred for internal communication.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
