PEOPLEGRIP is looking for a Junior Accounting Professional to work at an international agency for live marketing communications with offices in Frankfurt am Main, Seoul, Dallas and London. Its Frankfurt office is looking for member for finance department, to support their business thinking and actions and drive their internal processes forward. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Participation in the processing of travel expense reports
• Invoice verification and monthly account and balance reconciliation
• Supporting the department in day-to-day business and organizational activities
• Preparation of evaluations and ad-hoc inquiries in the area of ​​finance
• Support in general administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed training as an accountant or comparable commercial training, or business administration or similar studies,
  preferably with a focus on finance
• First professional experience in financial accounting
• Previous knowledge of DATEV desirable
• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Fluent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Communication and teamwork skills
