PEOPLEGRIP is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee international sales in the pharmaceutical equipment sector. This position is based in our German office and involves managing B2B sales across the European continent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing European International Sales:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies across Europe.
    • Achieve sales and revenue targets in the European market.
  2. International Sales for Pharmaceutical Companies:
    • Conduct international sales activities targeting pharmaceutical companies.
    • Provide customized solutions based on customer requirements.
  3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    • Analyze market trends and competitors in Europe.
    • Develop market entry and expansion strategies.
  4. Managing Overseas Customers and Partners:
    • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Manage agencies and discover new partners.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical field/equipment is preferred.
  2. Education:
    • Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
  3. Language Skills:
    • Proficiency in English is a must (necessary for exhibitions and managing Western Europe).
    • Proficiency in German is a plus.
  4. Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    • Deep understanding and analytical ability of the European market.
    • Experience in team building and management.
