SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead and deliver high-quality interior design solutions across all project phases. This role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and junior team members while ensuring alignment with client briefs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design from concept through to construction and project delivery
• Develop space planning, design concepts, and detailed design solutions
• Produce and review documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and financial performance
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and internal teams
• Ensure design intent, quality, and compliance with standards and regulations
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical and detailing issues during construction
• Source and specify materials, finishes, FF&E, and suppliers
• Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and finish boards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interior design
• Proven experience managing projects and leading design teams
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Archicad, and/or AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing
• Experience across full project lifecycle (concept to construction)
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospitality, workplace, or commercial interior projects
• Exposure to international standards and project environments
