Position Objectives
- Provide design; documentation; coordination and delivery support comprehensively on a day- to-day basis backed by strong documentation management skills, to the Associate or Senior
- Project Architect / Project Architect across all stages of the project life-cycle.
- Assist Associate or Senior Project Architect / Project Architect in planning, delegation and implementation of all project team related tasks to ensure the documentation of projects is accurate, integrating all required aspects to specification and fit for purpose for internal and third-party use.
- Monitor and review overall tasks; provide timely and accurate weekly progress reporting to Associate or Senior Project Architect / Project Architect.
- Respond to complex issues with innovative solutions in a collaborative manner.
- Develop and prepare design development, contract and detail documentation in an autonomous capacity in accordance with conceptual and schematic designs with minimal supervision; executing all assigned tasks with accuracy, quality and completeness. Complete 'packages' of work are delivered to agreed timeframes.
- Liaise and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of tasks, including providing guidance to junior project team members.
- Assist with the delivery of quality documentation by means of identification and implementation of efficient and effective project delivery activities, utilizing professional skills and extensive knowledge of technical construction experience.

- Communicate concisely when providing weekly overview of project status and allocated tasks progress to Associate or Senior Project Architect / Project Architect.
- Demonstrate that timeframes outlined to complete 'packages' of work are met with a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Ability to make key decisions by taking ownership of the design and delivery process. Ask for feedback; value feedback received and invest in building your own skills.
- Review key stakeholders feedback, identify issues or potential challenges in advance and work collaboratively toward achieving a solution or direction forward with Associate or Senior Project Architect / Project Architect.
- Continuously review the progression of the design direction and design goals in collaboration with Associate or Senior Project Architect / Project Architect and project team.
- Ensure the design principles are succinctly captured and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code and local planning regulations.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Able to respond to complex issues with innovative solutions in a collaborative manner.
- Contribute to the project teams' generation and exploration of innovative design ideas, emphasizing on the awareness of the balance of conceptual, aesthetic, constructability and cost influences.
- Full adherence and compliance of the Plus Studio® Quality Management System (QMS procedures); with the commitment to consistently identify continuous improvement, preserving and optimising existing internal processes such as operations, customer management, regulatory and innovation. Contribute to Plus Studio® media and public relations when requested.

Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Diploma of Building Design (or equivalent qualification).
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate proficiency in at least one of the following software Archicad and/or Revit.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and other graphic software.
