ARCHITECT

About the Role
We are looking for an Architect to lead design development, manage project packages, and coordinate with stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, project ownership, and the ability to guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept to detailed design
• Produce and review BIM models and construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams
• Manage project packages and ensure timely delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture; licensed architect preferred
• 5–8+ years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and/or Archicad
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and documentation
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with international projects (AU/US) is highly preferred
